I agree that we need more black men and women of color becoming Doctors to save our race, open oportunities, and to let the world know that we have brilliant knowledgeable black men. We can make a difference.
This is an excellent commentary that covers all areas of who, what, when and why our "black" boys are not aspiring to become adult men as leaders, especially in the medical field. Yet, it was very perplexing because the questions still remain seemingly unanswered.
