For anyone working to improve equity in healthcare the task can seem overwhelming. This film presents an unambiguous proposal to solve a major cause of disparity: more black doctors in med school now, and more support for them when they get there. Pipelines are important but ineffective if they don't have a viable destination.

Thanks for the direct approach.

Thank you so much for making is documentary and showing how large a problem this is. As a black woman going into the field of medicine, I think I was vaguely aware of this crisis, but not to the extent laid out in the film. Thank you for making this and opening up the conversation. I hope this documentary reaches everyone from children and teachers in elementary school up to medical school admissions directors and residency directors.

This was a eye opening documentary. I normally do not watch them and I will say that after watching I felt that I have been doing my son a disservice, especially since I am minority, female nursing professional. He is 9 years old now and I need reevaluate what he wants to be and how I can support him. Thank you!

Exposure is a powerful influence of a person’s destiny! This film...this movement, must be shared to expose more youth to the field of medicine.
