I did not realize what a domino effect the lack of African American Physician has on my community. I will send the letter to my State Board of Education and would like to know of any other volunteer opportunities. Thank you
Thank you Dr. Dale for producing this important work. So thought provoking! This documentary is what we need to encourage a systemic change to encourage more POC, especially Black men to pursue medicine and for our systems to enact change that allows them to succeed! Proud to know you sir!
Thank you for this documentary. The realness of the conversations from young age to that of wisdom. My heart is warm from watching this documentary. Thank you again.
This was amazing, informative, emotional and inspiring! Every major city needs a BMWC Summit! Thank you so much for sharing and for inviting us to be part of the movement. Bless you all!
So amazing to see so many black men giving back to their communities. Often times we think that once someone has made it, they leave their past behind when in fact it is their past that has gotten them where they are. I hope young black men are watching and listening and know that they can accomplish anything with strength and determination just from listening to the stories of these Doctors from different walks of life. I love football and never knew the story of Nate Hughes. What and inspiration, as well as the Doctor who's basically his entire family was caught up in drugs and crime, and to hear his story of perseverance. And what can we say about Tripp. He had me in tears. Great job all around. Thank You!
